Hi,
I've read some research that told if walking on barefoot will make your body healthier than with shoes or flip-flop. But i don't know is it right or not.

one thing that i know is walking barefoot on the ground make me feel joy, make me wanna smile and it's really work on me when i had much problem that burden me.

So, every time i feel weak and i couldn't face the problem i had, i will walking on morning or afternoon, and it's help me to refresh my mind. it feel strange when my skin touch the soil or grass or small rock and gravel. But in the same time, i feel happy and it makes me want to smile and praise more and more.

that's why almost of my article in this blog told you that we should touch the nature more, cause it really help us to be more positive and could face our problem braver and more creative.

Allah give us problem but also how to solve it, that's why we should praise more and more from now on.
